ChairFit

Do you need support when standing? ChairFit is the perfect class for those who have trouble standing for long periods or are unsafe to stand unsupported. These classes focus on strength, amplitude, balance, flexibility, coordination, and cognition while using a chair for balance and stability. This class is appropriate for any level. We alternate each week between an all-seated format and a half seated, half standing format.

Join our partners at The Parkinson’s Fitness Project for a free weekly class based on the best-researched exercise methods for PD. It’s neuro-fitness AT ITS BEST!
