I was recently at a training camp for Rock Steady Boxing…learning to fight back against Parkinson’s disease.
The most remarkable experience. I noticed that one of the boxers was “frozen” unable to move his feet. I walked over to him, placed my foot in front of his and asked him to “step over my foot”…and he did! This was my first experience like this, and most importantly, his son was a witness and learned how to help his dad; I saw him repeat this little trick.
Simple yet transforming!
